The name, Bandersnatch Pictures is the moniker under which its owner, Julie Ng has produced all of her creative work since her first student film at York University, where she graduated with a BFA in Film Production & Screenwriting in 2002. She has served as director, producer, editor and on-set videographer* for over 50 short and feature- length projects connected to major motion pictures and TV series. Like a deep sea diver (or maybe more so an underwater sponge creature), Julie has been quietly absorbing storytelling tricks of the trade from world-class filmmakers and craftspeople over a multitude of hours, both on set and in editorial. More recently, she’s been slowly resurfacing to land and re-focusing on building up her own personal body of work as a writer.

*Julie is a full member of International Cinematographers Guild of IATSE Local 669/667, as an electronic camera operator.
